As part of Mitsubishi’s extensive web re-architecture project, incorporating ecommerce and full internal systems integration, a creative digital agency was required to re-design their Divisional websites as well as provide a single CMS solution.
Mitsubishi required the appointed agency to propose and develop digital marketing projects and interactive Web Apps to continually improve and enhance the functionality available to users of their sites. This would be supported by a knowledge bank of introductory and explanatory videos which the agency should design and produce.
As a recognisable, respected and influential brand, Mitsubishi were also keen to implement a social media strategy that would enable them to open conversations with key industry opinion formers as well as initiate and contribute to debates.
Since appointing Tiga, digital marketing now plays a prominent part in Mitsubishi’s marcomms activity. This has provided a new channel for lead generation as well cross and upselling opportunities.

LES are the largest division within Mitsubishi Electric. We have been their lead digital agency for several years and have worked closely with them to integrate their network of websites and move digital to the forefront of their marketing communications strategy.
We designed and developed a series of sites for Mitsubishi’s various business units. Targeting different audiences, each site was given a distinct identity that also complied with Divisional and corporate guidelines to maximise brand recognition at all times.
The scalable, bespoke CMS that we built to run the network of sites also provides a platform for innovative, custom Web Apps and consumer cost saving calculators. These have proved to be excellent generators of new leads, as well as drivers for SEO activity and effective landing pages for email and direct mail campaigns.
Tiga have provided us with a very user friendly Ecodan Dashboard Web App that enables our clients to view real world performance data of our heating systems. Although the design is original, the look and feel of this new dashboard ties in well to the look and feel of our other websites. It has been a pleasure working with Tiga on this project.”
