Brief

As a B2B marketing agency, we work with two of the largest property consultants and estate agents in the UK to design and produce their suite of reports and presentations. These are commissioned by both their research and business development teams. 

Deloitte are an influential analyst of the UK property market and publish regular research reports, both inprint and online, covering different regions and market sectors. Savills are one of the UK’s largest and best known Estate Agents, with a thriving new business department generating numerous bidding, pitching and tendering opportunities.

Both clients required an agency to elevate the creativity and overall quality of their documentation, while also ensuring an acute attention to detail was maintained, along with careful consideration of the thorough corporate guidelines that reflect the stature of their brand. In addition, extremely high service levels were demanded in order to deliver each project on time to very short deadlines — often same day.

Solution

For Deloitte, the approach was simple. To design and structure their reports to improve readability and make them easily accessible to their target audience. Operating within the brand guidelines, we designed an overall look and feel with consistent page layouts that helped to encourage reader engagement. This was in contrast to the feedback gathered about previous reports, that indicated a less copy dominated and more visual composition was favoured by readers.

Following approval of final artwork, we managed the print and fulfilment of the report along with the production of digital versions for download from the Deloitte website.

Working closely with the Savills marketing teams, we consolidated their diverse suite of documents and presentations through the design of standalone, yet harmonising, identities and page layout templates.

These also included creative for the various charts, graphs, tables and diagrams that were a mainstay of most of the documents.

We implemented the templates in various formats, including the design of individual bids, pitches and tender documents. These were personalised for each client and artwork either supplied as print ready files or in editable Microsoft Word and PowerPoint formats to suit the requirements of the pitching team.
